What is New in Version 1.3.5.0

1. Direct Printing Without Windows Spooling Delays

USB printers are now driven directly, completely bypassing the Windows print spooler. Receipts and kitchen tickets output immediately without queueing delays. Existing printers configured in Windows can still be selected, and every printer entry now includes a Test Print key so hardware issues are caught during setup rather than while a customer is waiting.

2. Dedicated Printers for Every Task

Assign independent destination hardware for customer receipts, merchant house copies, bills, X and Z financial reports, cash drawers, and each individual kitchen station. Merchant copy rules can be set to print on card sales, every sale, or never. Any unassigned task defaults directly to the primary receipt printer.

3. Smart Kitchen Ticket Routing and Failure Protection

A non-intrusive status marker in the top right corner indicates successful ticket delivery without interrupting active sales. If a station fails, the system identifies the specific offline hardware and allows you to resend the order to just that target station—preventing duplicate tickets from printing at working stations.

4. Centralized Printer Names and Counter Copy Integration

Name printers centrally in the Back Office—for example, label KP 3 as "Fryer" and the name updates instantly across all tills, printed tickets, and product routing lists. Front counter receipt printers can also be assigned to take kitchen tickets, allowing the counter team to print their own physical copy of food orders.
